What do Loyalty customers get?
Elite and Pro Loyalty customers are rewarded with exclusive discounts of up to 12% off RRP and are given early access to many of our offers and promotions.
How do I join?
Your Loyalty status is automatically applied based on your total spend on all orders to date, excluding postage costs. So when your total reaches £100, you become an Elite Loyalty customer, giving you 6% off RRP on subsequent orders. Then when your total reaches £300, you are promoted to Pro Loyalty status and your discount doubles to an incredible 12%!
What's the catch?
There's no catch - the only exception is that Loyalty discounts are not applied to bikes purchased with finance. But don't worry those purchases still count towards your total spend.
What's more, there is no time limit on your total spend; All of your purchases to date - however small - count towards your total, and never expire!
Please note that cancelled orders are deducted from your total spend and may reduce or remove your loyalty status.
What about existing discounts?
Simple - the greater of either your loyalty discount, or the existing discount is applied - so you always get the best deal. For instance, an Elite Loyalty customer purchasing an item with an existing 10% discount, will still get 10% off RRP, as it exceeds their 6% Loyalty discount.
However, a Pro Loyalty customer purchasing the same item will get their 12% Loyalty discount off RRP, as it exceeds the existing 10% discount.
